Charles Skinner is an experienced leader and organization consultant who has worked with BMA Inc. since 2003. He specializes in enabling organizations and all their stakeholders to succeed by creating functioning partnerships through implementation-based consulting and training.
From 1987 to 2003, Mr. Skinner worked as a consultant on Lean management systems for Productivity, Inc., an international consulting and training organization. He worked directly with creators of the Toyota Production System, including Dr. Shigeo Shingo. He has presented at national and regional conferences and workshops for Productivity Inc., IEE, AME, Ohio State University, University of Dayton, Northwest Food Processors, and others, earning top ratings. The New York Times chronicled his work.
He has worked in production, been a manager in a union facility, and taught as an adjunct professor at the University of Massachusetts. Programs he has designed and implemented have received national recognition. He is currently working on a book entitled F.I.T. Organizations – Is your organization F.I.T?
